Thesis Supervision

Students opting to pursue a thesis are encouraged to arrange meetings with faculty members in counselling and in education to discuss research interests, supervisory requirements, and supervision styles. Once a mutual agreement for supervision is reached, the relationship is formalized by completing supervision forms held in the School of Education office. Documents related to thesis are available by contacting the Coordinator of Graduate Studies in Education at graded@acadiau.ca. The thesis process is described in detail during orientation meetings for all new counselling graduate students. At orientation, students are provided with a detailed description of all counselling faculty’s research interests.
