Description of the flag

I have found and drawn the flag for the city of Oxford, Ohio. This one was actually much tougher than it looks, because despite seemingly being just the logo on a white bedsheet, there were some very subtle differences between the logo on the flag and the original logo.
  1. On the flag the clock tower is dark green, but originally it is blue.
  2. The clock tower is standing on the red line on the flag version
  3. "OHIO" is omitted from the flag.
  4. Fonts differ, and so do the capitalization and boldness.
  5. The clock's face is tinted beige on the flag, whereas in the original it is white.
  6. Each clock has its hands in a different position!! On the flag, the time is 12:03 whereas the original clock reads 6:10. Personally my favorite detail because of how subtle yet meaningful it could be.
Oxford is a city in Butler County, Ohio. It is a distant suburb of Cincinnati and had a population of 23,095 as of the 2020 census. Miami University is located in Oxford.

The City of Oxford, OH has decided and approved the new city flag. News article is here:

The Oxford City Council approved a commemorative flag for an upcoming visit from a delegation from Oxford’s sister city, Dubno, Ukraine, formally supported the Oxford Community Arts Center’s (OCAC) efforts to secure a modified lease with Miami University and announced the city manager’s retirement during its regular meeting Sept. 1.

The Oxford City Council solidified the public's vote on a ceremonial flag, celebrating the city's relationship with its sister city Dubno, Ukraine, which is sending a delegation of six residents to Oxford between Sept. 18 and 26.
The visit will be funded by the Congressional Office for International Leadership (COIL) through its Open World program, which encourages strengthening "civic, cultural, and economic relationships between the two communities," according to the city staff report.
To celebrate the visit, the city has "designed a special commemorative City flag based upon public input via surveys and then voting between the finalists," according to the city staff report.
The chosen flag had 157 votes out of 257 votes from survey takers, according to Jessica Greene, assistant city manager for the City of Oxford.
