Hugh Chipman - Statistical software
All my software is distributed under the GNU General Public License.
- Code for variable
selection with related predictors.
Code is in C.
- Code without hierarchical interactions is available as
a zip file. There's some documentation in
the readme file.
- Code including hierarchical interactions is also
available as a zip file. The code is basically
the same as the code without interactions. The differences due to the
interactions are documented in the file hierprior.cpp, about half way
down (just before the code to calculate the hierarchical priors).
Other than this documentation, look at the documentation in the case
without interactions.
- BART (Bayesian Additive Regression Trees) is now an R library (BayesTree).
Some stuff is also at my co-author Rob McCulloch's
web page,
including Bayesian Tree models.
- hybridHclust library for R (also on
CRAN by end of March/2006). This also includes an implementation of
Michael Eisen's gene clustering algorithm.
