Dvorak.zip is a modification of a PostScript Times Roman font to include the accented lower case "r" (as used in Dvorak's name). It replaces the "Registered" trademark symbol. To access it in Score, type "?r". It includes medium, italic, bold, and bold italic faces.

• GROUP RENAME (GRENAME) (Hans De Schrijver, Punctual Graphics)
Group Rename is shareware that is available for sale.
Group Rename is a utility that should prove extremely handy in sequentially renaming files. Very often, as we're progressing in part extraction and layout of a piece, we find that we have to insert a new page or remove one. All subsequent pages then have to be renamed manually because no DOS- or Windows-command can do it at once.
That's when Group Rename comes in. Just select the first file that starts the range you want to have renamed, give it the new filename and click OK. That's basically all there is to it and it takes 1 second.
Group Rename comes with an installation program and can be evaluated 50 times within 30 days, after which it expires if you don't license by then. Online help is provided within the program.
Group Rename has been beta-tested by several people on the Score Users' forum and was approved "bug-free" in its current release.
To install Group Rename you will need to download the following:
• Grename.zip (setup and program files)
• Vbrun300.zip (unzips to Vbrun300.DLL, which needs to go in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. If you already have this file installed, you needn't donwload this one).

Lascor32 is a 32-bit Score/Scorlas utility for use in Windows. The program is concieved as a user-friendly modern interface for Scorlas. You do not have to answer Scorlas questions interactively in the black DOS window. Also, you do not need to create a separate list of name-files using alphabetic restrictions. Lascor32 is especially useful for batch jobs and large projects.
The most important is that Lascor32 fixes five known Scorlas bugs (discussed on Score mailing list).
Among the additional features of Lascor32 is the ability to send any selected MUS-file or EPS-file directly to the printer (DOS command is not necessary).
Lascor32 requires no installation. It makes no changes in system registry and does not add any file in any of the system folders.
Lascor32 is public domain software now. The most recent version of Lascor is from June, 2006, with support for WindowsXP and some smaller enhancements, like checking fonts inside EPS file against system fonts installed, and support of European A4 format.

An umlaut (%%keystroke) will become a macron, a circumflex (^^ keystroke) will become a caron. This is all the program does (or need do at this point). Scoremid V1.1 (now Freeware!) is a conversion utility to convert Score files to Standard-MIDI Files.
Scoremid reads in multiple Score files which may contain multiple systems and generates a single Standard-MIDI file which can be played by a sequencer program.
Scoremid considers all music information which can be translated to acoustic information unambigously.
Scoremid is designed to playback Score files regarding the conventions of traditional music notation. All voices are stored in separate tracks. Therefore it is very easy to mute non-interesting voices to locate wrong notes. Scoremid always processes the entire system. This implies that Scoremid handles staves with complex structures like cross-stave-beaming without any problems. Scoremid is a real WYSIWYH (What You See Is What You Hear) program. No changes have to be made in the Score files to be process by Scoremid. The files may contain multiple systems and it is not necessary that the files are sorted or instrument-IDs are assigned to the staves. Of course, if there are instrument-IDs they will be recognized.

• Time Signature information is stored in the MIDI-file.

• A set of plainsong square notation neumes, better than those probided as Score Code 9 items. Score's Code 9 neumes are: "1)...not finely x-y positionned, and 2) [poorly] classified... . [This is a newly redrawn] set of them, based on the first note of each neume. This first note appears where it must on the stave (four lines), and the following items in the table include the neumes with extra notes, logically classified. Therefore, when you input the music, you do it in your usual way but you only input the first note of each neume, and you may attach the text to it as lyrics. You may input what will be a short neume as an eighth and a long neume as a quaver, etc. Then you replace each 'first note' by the neume you need (one or several notes). • Glass.zip contains GLASS.DRW and its root file, GLASS.MUS.
  Glass.drw is a Code 11 item in the form of a graphic representing eye glasses.
  The symbol is useful where a composer/arranger wants to draw attention to a particular indication such as "Dal Signe," or "last time only," or other.
  In parts, a good setting for P6 is 0.1.
  Users may feel free to modify the root file, Glass.mus, to suit their tastes.
  The thickened curved lines did not carry over well into the Draw program.

• LIBSD.AJN and KEYB.AJN (Arthur Ness, Boston)
• Libsd.ajn is a *.DRW file of the white and black keys ("black, "white," "blanc").
  The file Libsd.ajn also contains unrelated triangle-shaped white and black noteheads for shape-note ('fasola') notation (Items 293-4). It is best used with P6=0.65 and P7=0.80. For some notes, the figure needs to be rotated with P9=90 or -90.
  Other 'fasola' shape-notes (e.g., 15 & 16, 102 & 179) are already available in Code 9.
  File Libsd.ajn should be copied to C:\LIB\LIBSD.DRW (taking care, of course, that that subdirectory is not already being used).
  Libsd.ajn has to copied to a *.DRW file if one wishes to alter the white and black keys using the DRAW program.
  
• Keyb.ajn assembles a diagram of a keyboard as a *.PAG or *.MUS file. It shows white and black keys from F3 through E5, with corresponding pitch names and notes on bass and treble clefs.
  Users need to copy Keyb.ajn to C:\LIB\LIBSD.DRW (currently unused in version 3.1).
  Items 291 and 292 are the black and white keys. The diagram can be modified by adding or deleting keys, as needed, since each key is a distinct Code 9 item.

Lute.drw is a set of three separate double bars with (three or six) dots for use with six-line lute tablatures. The bar lines have dots to the left, dots to the right, and dots on both sides.

Orn.drw is a pair of thick slash lines (one double, one single) to indicate ornaments, such as those placed across stems in English virginal music.

Roset.drw is a more standard pedal-release rosette, which maybe be used to replace SCORE's code 9, number 71. It is recommended that this symbol be used at size .25

Str1.drw and Str2.drw are for late 18th-century heavy accents ("strokes"), for which there is currently no appropriate Code 9 symbol.
Str1.drw is for stems-down accents,
Str2.drw is for stems up.
Both can be centered with the "CN" command.

Symb1.drw is a set of square brackets to use around editorial additions,
