The
program is structured around two consecutive summer institutes, offered
on Acadia's campus and lasting two weeks each. The next
initial summer institute will be offered
in the summer of 2012. (NOTE: No summer institute will occur in 2011.)

The remaining required courses, EDUC 5633, 50G3
and 5643
can be taken prior to, between, or after the two summer institutes.
All three courses are normally offered on-line, either in the
Fall or Winter. Contact Open Acadia to find out when these courses are
next scheduled. Three Electives (9 credit hours) chosen
according to students’ interests are also part of the program and can
be taken at any time. The following electives will be offered in the
near future:

count other courses taken prior to entering the program, and courses
