NS) - Ron Smith, Chair of Acadia University’s
Board of Governors, today congratulated Dr. Gail Dinter-Gottlieb,
Acadia’s President and Vice-Chancellor, on being selected as one of
Atlantic Business magazine’s Top 50 Atlantic Canadian Chief
Executive Officers. Dr. Gottlieb’s selection was announced by
Atlantic Business at an evening reception and dinner in Halifax
on May 11.

congratulate Dr. Gottlieb for both the work she is doing at Acadia
and for being recognized for her efforts by her Atlantic Canadian

proven managerial acumen in the face of adversity; revenue and
employee growth over a three-year period; depth of community
involvement and voluntary activity; and, documented industry
leadership.
