Acadia Distinguished Business Speaker Series welcomes

Harry Glasbeek & David Mann

 

(Wolfville, NS) -  Harry Glasbeek, Professor Emeritus and Senior Scholar at Osgoode Hall Law School and David Mann, President and CEO of Emera will be next week’s speakers at the 2004 Acadia Distinguished Business Speaker Series hosted by Acadia University’s Fred C. Manning School of Business.

Mr. Glasbeek’s discussion of corporate crime, corporate law and the perversion of democracy will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 19, 2004 in Huggins Science Hall 10.

Mr. Mann’s lecture entitled “Emera: The Past & The Future” will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 in the Festival Theatre.

The Series, sponsored by the McConnell Foundation, is free of charge and open to the general public.
