Welcome to the Registrar's Office

The Registrar’s Office supports teaching and learning at Acadia by maintaining the integrity of academic policies and student records. We help with many academic and non-academic questions – registration, degree audits, prerequisites, verification of enrolment, transfer credits, important dates, examinations, academic regulations, and more.

We are pleased to announce that course registration for Fall/Winter 2024/25 will be available at the end of May and continue until the add/drop date in September (the 13th). The opening of registration will be staggered by class level in the following order:

  • May 27th and 28th at 8:30am ADT, 1st year and inbound exchange student registration opens (this allows for extra assistance if needed by 1st year students)
  • May 29th at 8:30am ADT, 4th and 5th year (85ch and more) student registration opens.
  • May 30th at 8:30am ADT, 3rd year (55-84ch) student registration opens.
  • May 31st at 8:30am ADT, 2nd year (25-54ch) student registration opens.
  • June 3rd at 8:30am ADT, Graduate Students, EAP, Axcess and all other non-undergraduate registration opens.
  • June 17th at 12:00pm ADT, Bachelor of Education student registration opens.
  • Please note that for registration purposes, credit hour totals include completed courses.

As there can be a rush in the first few hours after registration opens, you may experience delays or slower processing. Please be patient and note that registration will remain open until the add/drop date in September. You have plenty of time!
