This course and Phys

are designed to bridge the gap between
introductory quantum physics and the quantum mechanics of graduate
school. Careful attention is given to establishing the fundamental
concepts of the theory. Topics include discussion of the wave
function and the Fourier integral, operator methods, solutions of one
and three-dimensional systems, the harmonic oscillator and
one-electron atoms.
