GEOL 4443 PHYSICAL VOLCANOLOGY

A study of volcanism and volcanic products in relation to tectonic and depositional environments including morphologies, structures and textures of flows and volcaniclastic rocks, identification of volcanic facies, stratigraphic problems and field methodologies unique to volcanic terrains, and the interpretation of eruptive and dispositional environments.
