If you hope to access support at Acadia please contact either  Jill Davies, Academic Support Coordinator or, Suzanne Robicheau, Disability Resource Facilitator.

Once a student with disabilities has met with either the Academic Support Coordinator, Jill Davies, or the Disability Resource Facilitator, Suzanne Robicheau, and provided a copy of their assessment, it is time to introduce themselves to their instructors. Once these steps are completed, they are in a position to access the supports available at Acadia.

Disability Access supports include:

• Help with exam accommodations. Students are encouraged to write mid-terms with their classmates and most do.
• Help with finding a tutor, note taker, assistive technology and external funding pertaining to disability support.
• Students are also encouraged to use the services of the Writing Centre.
